One honest caveat before the detail

We have not run our own side-by-side benchmark of Hailuo H3. Everything below about it comes from MiniMax's published specification and its API listings; everything about Kling comes from the model configuration this site actually runs. Where a claim would need a bake-off to settle, this page says so rather than guessing.

What Hailuo H3 actually added
