How credits work
The site uses a single credit balance that works across every video and image model — there is no separate video wallet and image wallet. The credit cost of a request is displayed before you run it, so a generation never costs more than the number you saw, and a generation that fails is refunded automatically. Credits bought in a pack do not expire.

- 100 credits are granted when you create an account — no card, no subscription. They do not expire.

Refunds
Credits for a failed generation are returned automatically, with one exception: a generation blocked for breaking the content rules is not refunded. Billing questions and refund requests go to support@kling4.co; the applicable terms are on the terms of service page.
Content and usage rules
Generations made on kling4.co may be used commercially, subject to the terms of service, and downloads carry no watermark on any plan. Prompts and outputs pass through automated safety filters and provider-side moderation; content that breaks the acceptable-use rules can be blocked before it runs or removed afterwards. Reports go to support@kling4.co with the subject line "Report". How personal data is handled is documented on the privacy policy page.
